Jose Cruz Velazquez is an artist born, raised, and based in Sacramento, California, specializing in surreal art with elements of twisted, dark fantasy.
Jose enjoys creating creepy creatures, undead humanoids, and beautiful beings in most of his work. He primarily works in black and grey but also likes creating with colors.
Artist Notes
All projects require at least 6-8 hours (Charged at daily rate) of work to begin. Any following session (if needed) will be charged at an hourly rate.
Daily Rate: $1800 full day
Hourly Rate: $300/hr
Back to back days (several days in a row) are also offered and recommended for completing projects sooner. Please include in the tattoo description if you would like to schedule back to back days.
