Cancellation/Change of Appointment Policy

Our artist request their clients give at least 72 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment or at least 72 hours notice for a change of appointment. Please email your artist directly or RealmStudioSac@gmail.com and include in your message the following information:

  • your name

  • original appointment time

  • brief description of tattoo

  • cancelling or requesting a change of appointment

  • new appointment date request, if applicable

If you are requesting a new appointment date, please know that dates are subject to availability and often our artist schedule themselves 2-3 months out in advance. If our artist can not fit you into their schedule, they may place you on their waitlist until another cancellation occurs in which case you may be notified of last minute availability.

If no new appointment date can be agreed upon, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be returned to you.
