By paying the non-refundable deposit fee to Realm, you are booking your tattoo appointment with your artist. This fee is paid to guarantee your appointment with your artist in Realm’s private studio. This fee also covers the time and effort your artist puts into designing your tattoo before your appointment. Deposit fees will vary based on each artist rates, which your artist will cover during your consultation.

Deposit fees are put towards the final cost of your tattoo. For example if you pay $100 as your non-ref. deposit and your total for your tattoo is $600, than $100 of your tattoo is covered and you pay the remaining $500 to your artist.

Deposit fees will not be returned to clients who fail to notify their artist at least 72 hours before cancellation and/or change of appointment. Deposit fees will not be returned to clients who fail to show up the day of the appointment, or no-show. Deposit fees will not be returned to clients whom are rescheduling and cannot agree to artist availability and/or refuse being waitlisted. Artist will wait a maximum of 30 minutes for a late client before considering them a no-show, in which case the deposit will not be returned.

If you no-show, fail to notify your artist within 72 hours of cancellation and/or change of appointment, you will need to book a new appointment and pay the non-refundable fee for the new appointment.
